Machining is a family of processes for manufacturing parts by chip removal. The principle of machining at MMT-B is to remove material in order to give the raw part the desired shape and dimensions, using machine tools. Our state-of-the-art techniques allow us to obtain parts of great precision.

With a capacity of 550,000 transmissions per year, our assembly line guarantees an excellent level of quality thanks to computerized management of each manufacturing stage, with both qualitative and quantitative monitoring. All transmissions are then validated by a complete test before being sent to our customers. The key word in our assembly activity is operational excellence, with the use of work standards, TWI (Training Within Industry), problem-solving tools and the versatility of our operators.

Depending on the forecasts of their marketing departments, the production centers follow the trends and this has an unconditional effect on our own production.
