By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without limitation or qualification, these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “TOU”), as well as our privacy and cookies policy.

This Site is managed by MMT-B (hereafter referred to as “MMT-Bordeaux” or the “Company”). Throughout the Site, the terms “we” and “our” refer to MMT-Bordeaux and the terms “you” and “your” refer to the User. MMT-Bordeaux makes this site and all the information accessible from this site available to you as a user. Each User of the site declares that he or she complies with the present GCU and with the laws in force, in particular:

  • to have the competence and resources necessary to access and use the Site;
  • to have verified that the computer configuration used does not contain any virus and that it
  • is in good working order;

Various
MMT-Bordeaux is under no obligation to publish, transfer, distribute or provide in any other way any element available on its site. We therefore have the absolute right to remove any element from the site at our sole discretion and at any time.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These TOU shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising out of or relating to these TOU and any subsequent amended version, including without limitation the formation, validity, enforceability, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof, as well as any non-contractual claims, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, shall be submitted to and finally settled by the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Bordeaux, France
